enlightened
We had Stephanie & Chris over for dinner last night and I served – gasp – take-out food!
I also didn’t clean the house but, more importantly didn’t care. I see this as a great step forward in my journey to enlightenment – live without stress and enjoy the moment.
Listening: will.i.am. (pop music is worse than crack – I blame you Tari)

ha!ha! it’s like m’n'm’s! i love pop especially if its inspired by our president-elect!
wow wow wow!!!! Well Done you! I know this would have been incredibly hard for you! Spending 3 days with you guys was awesome and I think you stressed sooooo much to make everything perfect…. when it would have been anyways.
Harrison is looking so grown up now! I wish I could take a quick flight over to meet the wee dude!!!
Happy 6 month Birthday, Harrison!
I think take out is a perfectly valid dinner option.
sounds like something i would do. did you hide the take out boxes? =) if only you had a trader joes you’d be serving heated foods. owen’s idea of “cooking” is taking something out of the freezer and heating it. poor owen.
of course I did – everything was on serving plates and the styrofoam was in the trash before they arrived!
rachel – we will bring harrison to scotland someday to see you! i promise!
