recipes of the round and hungry: 1
Thinking back over the past months I realized that I have developed some fantastic new recipes which need to be documented for all eternity. Some came and were short lived; while others have stood the test of pregnant-time. Here is a recent favorite.
Preg-Oatmeal
+/- 1/2 cup Raw Whole Rolled Oats
+/- 1/8 cup Wheatgerm
+/- 1/8 cup Chopped Pecans
1 Banana
Some Cinnamon
Some Sugar
Pinch of salt
Peel the banana and place in a bowl. Mash it with a fork. Pour in all other ingredients. Mix. Eat.

I’m not joking – I actually eat this – like, everyday.
And Marc, for all of his adventurous eating, refuses to try the truly exciting nouveau-cuisine I’ve created…his loss.
